Prior to Connectiv, Jonathan held several senior-level leadership positions at Kimberly-Clark for 20+ years, including several years as Global Head of IT Strategy, & Innovation. Jonathan has implemented innovative technology in over 50 countries and played key leadership roles in a diverse range of projects ranging from starting up a business in China to divesting a $2 Billion global Health Care business.

Marguerite understands that organizations need fresh, creative ideas to keep ahead of rapid market changes and brings practical, cutting-edge strategies to the table on behalf of her clients. With her extensive background in sales and marketing, Marguerite focuses on business-to-business marketing using LinkedIn. She is an advocate for her clients and wants to see them succeed in driving innovation to solve problems and grow their business.

Prior to Connectiv, Tamara held multiple executive level positions, including with industry icon KPMG where she built a best-in-class Project Management Office that became the Global blueprint, and with HR Strategies Consulting where she was responsible for the Global delivery of HR solutions for customers in all sectors and a broad range of industries. Tamara is a seasoned entrepreneur, having launched several successful businesses including a children’s charity in memory of her brother, and a first-to-market beverage innovation company. Tamara is a Certified Entrepreneur and Career Transition Coach, and is passionate about helping entrepreneurs get their great ideas to market, and advocating for more effective public policy to drive and sustain innovation in Canada.

Peter Meyers is a sales and marketing executive and consultant specializing in growth strategies, and shaping sales teams to unlock their full potential.
Before moving to full-time consulting, Peter’s career spanned VP level roles in Sales, Marketing, and Product Innovation at dynamic growth companies such as LoyaltyOne, Epsilon, Rangle.io, and Engage People. His expertise and creativity in designing, innovating, and implementing customer and loyalty solutions have helped foster multi-year partnerships with many of the largest names in the financial services, retail, and packaged goods industries, including; Scotiabank, TD, Telus, CVS, Kroger, Pfizer, Safeway, and Procter & Gamble.

Leading and conducting Connectiv’s data-driven primary and secondary research strategy, Emily’s expertise and vision for our clients is to bring their product, service or entire business to market using a full-suite of gathered research that confidently informs the best innovative solutions while de-risking investment.
Leveraging her experience in both the private and public sector, Emily provides a unique perspective to the business and innovation ecosystem, specializing in analyzing statistical data and reporting on product target markets, competitor ecosystems, critical success factors, customer experience, government policies and grants and technology-based solutions.
Consultant, Strategy & Analytics
Lea is a consultant with a background in enterprise systems implementations and knowledge management who developed a passion for “people systems” through building her expertise in executing large scale technological and organizational changes. She has worked with academic institutions, government organizations, private corporations and startups.
Lea specializes in customer experience, change management, and organizational development. Through business analysis, research, and technology strategy, Lea’s focus is on empowering teams to innovate by coaching them to understand the customer’s perspective in order to craft seamless industry-leading experiences.
Associate Consultant, CX & Marketing
Farheen joined Connectiv as a marketing intern and returned to the team after graduating from University of Toronto with a BBA. She specializes in customer experience and implementing campaigns that effectively tell stories about products and services. She has executed digital marketing and e-commerce campaigns for Mosaic North America and most recently, Dye & Durham. She also gained an aptitude for process improvement and innovation from her experience at American Express.
Alongside her professional experiences, Farheen is a micro-influencer on social media with tens of thousands of followers and sponsorships with GNC, Nike Canada and more. She leverages her own entrepreneurial experience to help start-ups increase leads and market exposure using social media and other digital marketing channels.
